Paradigm has experienced Project Managers who have managed hundreds of telecommunication projects all over the world. Every program that Paradigm undertakes - regardless of size - is assigned a Project Manager.

Trained to PRINCE2 or equivalent, the Project Manager is assigned to oversee the project from conceptual design, all the way through the cycle of the project to Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), formal handover and training.
