Quick Deploy Solutions

Paradigm offer a wide range of quick deploy systems, these are available as ground or vehicle mounted solutions, with various options.

Popular with radio and television broadcasting, telecommunications and defence organisations, the Paradigm quick deploy systems are compact, lightweight, motorised satellite terminals with 45cm to 240cm antennas designed for rapid deployment. The systems can be used either as traditional fly-aways or as semi-permanent vehicle mounted terminals. The systems can be made either manual or fully auto-acquiring and can be provisioned to operate at C, X, Ku, DBS or Ka Band. Electronics are available in single thread, or Redundant configurations.

The Fly-Drive units are, depending on size, supplied in one or a number of robust lightweight plastic or carbon-fibre cases, which can be IATA-compliant.  This therefore makes them ideally suited to rapid deployment by air. On arrival at the destination, the system can either be operated as a static ground-mounted unit, or can quickly and easily be mounted to any vehicle equipped with roof bars to provide an extremely mobile and versatile in-theatre asset.

Paradigm also supplies a Terminal Management System (TMS) called the PRTM (Paradigm Remote Terminal Minder). It is tailored to the system you order. It allows easy control of all the terminal components through an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).

For multiband systems - utilising quick release catches, the optional X, Ku, Ka and C Band feeds can be fitted in minutes. This same technology allows the operator to fit and remove the antenna petals minimum effort.
Paradigm can provide any Antenna controller, Modem, and other additional equipment to suit the user’s requirements.
