Paradigm’s attention to detail in our systems is second to none. As well as mechanical and integration, Paradigm’s systems can include Instruction Manuals, Repair Books, Quick Start Guides, FAT Testing, Training, Installation and Shipping/Logistics.
Paradigm’s role in providing systems varies depending on customer needs and requests. Where possible Paradigm use equipment that is readily available in the market place, though from time to time a customer has a specific requirement that cannot be met by COTS equipment. This may involve the design and manufacture of new hardware/software for specific applications or the modification of standard manufactured products currently in the market place to suit the application. This also applies to our supplied Network Management and control software systems.
Once the solution has been successfully tested we provide documentation, installation and training and support on the system. If required, Paradigm will also hold stock of finished customer systems to enable deployment at short notice. Paradigm can also provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Support Documents and Spares Schedules to ensure the system is deployed and supported as seamlessly as possible.
